• Backpack Program - helping feed kids in both local school districts.
• Partners in Education - adopting kids for Christmas, clothing drives, coloring contests, etc.
• Community Service Projects - American Cancer Society's local Relay for Life, Mission Outreach's Chili Rodeo, St. Bernard's Hospital's Fall Mud Ball, Downtown Paragould's Clean Sweep, and more.
  
• Holiday Activities - The Thankful Tree, The Tree of Note-ability, potlucks, costume contest, ugly sweater competitions, etc.
• Summer Picnic - we come together outside of work to have fun as a group. Usually at the Paragould Community Center waterpark.
• Customer Service Week & Employee Appreciation Day - we take these seriously. Every year, we cater lunch, host dart throw, order projection game, offer chair massages, etc.
• Biggest Loser Competition - a team-centered weight loss game to encourage healthy lifestyles with some healthy competition.
  
• Flu Shot Clinic - on-site each year to help employees stay healthy.
  
• Community Garden - anyone who wants to participate, even if they don’t know how, gets to help garden and maybe learn a thing or two with the benefit of fresh vegetables to take home.
